Shipping

Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that during high demand periods, order processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. We currently offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on your order's total value, the chosen shipping method, and your shipping address. You will see the applicable shipping fees during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Returns

Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition.
  • It is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The item is not damaged or altered in any way.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a print out of the purchase confirmation email.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 1-3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • digital downloads
  • Gift cards
